All ticket sales are final – no refunds or exchanges. The ticket holder assumes all risks incidental to any event for which this ticket is sold. The organizer (Break Thru Productions Inc.) does not assume any liability or responsibility to refund ticket price or for any other direct or incidental costs or losses arising from events or conditions beyond it’s control resulting in the cancellation of any performance, including but not limited to, acts of God (rain out, flood, lightning, fire, earthquake…etc), cancellation by any performer, war, terrorism, strike or lock out. Organizers reserve the right to deny admission upon refunding the price stated on the front of this ticket. The holder of this ticket agrees that he/she will not transmit or record or aid in the transmission or recording of any description, account, picture or reproduction of the event for which this ticket grants access. Breach of this agreement may result in non-admission or expulsion. Admission to the event is subject to applicable laws, bylaws, rules and regulations as set out by the facility and event organizers. As per laws or facility rules and regulations, alcohol, illegal drugs, backpacks, cameras, bags, recording devices, chairs, food and beverages maybe excluded from the facility/premises. Ticket holder consents to a search of his/her person/effects. Late comers may be denied admission or may not be admitted until an appropriate break in the performance. Re-sale of tickets is strictly prohibited unless organizers provide express written consent. Giveaways or other means of transferring the ticket for any promotion of goods/services by the purchaser is strictly forbidden and may result in the ticket(s) not being honored. Lost and stolen tickets will not be accepted.
